General terms/rules

*I have the right to refuse any commission I am not comfortable with doing*Priority is given to things in real life (IRL) so please don't spam me asking if the comm is done. Please respect my time and be patient*All drawings will have a subtle signature somewhere on the image*You may repost the art you've commissioned wherever, just remember to credit me properly!! (Just link this page!)
DO NOT claim my art as your own by altering the picture, or tracing it📌You can make personal and private use merch as long as you are not selling said art*I only speak English so please consider language barriers

Commercial Use

*Do not use my art for commercial use unless discussed about before starting comm
📌If we talk about this then there will likely be an additional fee📌If we do not discuss anything on this then the list below is off limits for use❌Use the drawing to lucrate (merchandising virtual/physical) I.e. making key rings, mugs, pins, posters, etc to make money off of

Process

*My drawing process consists of three phases: Sketch Phase, Line Phase, & Coloring Phase*I will send you Work In Progress (WIPs) images upon request
📌Usually this will start with how the base body pose looks and we will move on from there*Changes can be made to the art piece during the Sketch and Line Phases*Depending on the comm, it can take me about 2 weeks to maybe 2 months. This doesn't include waiting time if there is a que so please keep that in mind*I usually do comms that come in first when there is a que but sometimes I will pick easier comms if I'm busy, low on energy or having health issues*If you want faster updates then message me on discord but DO NOT message me everyday about it

Reference

*Please provide a picture reference for your OC or any character that you want drawn with your commission details*A description of the commission is essential to know what the project will be like. Please be as detailed as possible*Include a reference for specific poses, appendages, accessories or body types if you have anything in mind

Payment

*Payment must be made through Paypal or Ko-fi donations before the commission is started (USD)*Payment is in USD ONLY(Please do not try and pay me in any other way like Bitcoin, I won't do the commission if you do)*Full payment can be upfront or after I send a low res version of the sketch

- When paying -

*When sending money to someone on PayPal, don't auto-convert money or include a shipping address since it takes a percentage and the comm isn't getting shipped to you so that doesn't need to be included

Refunds

*I do not usually give refunds unless there are certain situations> I have to cancel the commission myself for personal reasons, in which case you will be refunded 100% for the inconvenience> If you ask for a refund before I start any drawing then you will get a full refund> If I feel like I can no longer do your comm then you will get a full refund if I'm still at the base sketching phase
